Description
The Schneider Electric (Square D) LC1D115F7 Contactor is an electromechanical switching part used to regulate large currents to motors, and compressors in HVAC systems. It has three poles and a normally open contact arrangement, which closes when the 110V three-phase control coil is energized to permit the flow of power to the load connected. It is fitted into motor starters, control panels or equipment cabinets, and connects with the thermostats, and control circuits in order to turn power on or off safely. It is used to provide dependable switching of compressors, and fans for normal operation and system sequencing.
