The Trane MOT20015 Fan Motor offers rotational power to fan assemblies which allow the airflow to be consistent throughout the system in HVAC systems. With a rating of 1/4 horsepower, and powered by 230 V single-phase power, it convert electrical power into continuous mechanical movement to aid air circulation via coils, and ductwork. It works on an induction motor design that ensures a constant speed when under load. It is installed in fan housings, or condenser units and is connected with the system components.
