Description
The Trane MOT21495 Constant Torque Motor is a regulated mechanical power to the blower assemblies and air-movement elements in the HVAC systems. With a rated current of 1 HP and a counterclockwise rotation, it runs on the 208/230V current to provide constant torque at the different load variations and therefore provides a constant airflow. It is installed in air handlers or furnace units, and it transforms electrical power into a regulated rotating force which assists in maintaining balanced airflow and harmonious component action. It helps in efficient regulation of temperature operation within the system.
