Description
The ASCO P159A120X1X01F0 On/Off Slow Open Actuator is designed to provide controlled linear movement for gas valves in heating and combustion control equipment. It operates on a 120 VAC power supply and completes its slow-opening stroke in 18 seconds to support gradual valve actuation in HVAC systems. It converts electrical input into mechanical motion to open and close the valve during operating cycles of the unit in the system. Its controlled opening action coordinates fuel flow with the ignition sequence and system controls.
