Description
The Cleveland Controls RFS-4001-047 Air Pressure Sensing Switch is a monitoring component that checks the pressure before the system can operate, providing safe conditions for HVAC systems, operation. It is based on the concept of air pressure change, which operates an electrical switch when the set air pressure is reached, by means of an internal diaphragm. It enables the control circuit to verify the proper airflow before allowing equipment operation. It is installed during system set-up, connected to air tubing and wiring in the furnace or air handling equipment, and is used to verify airflow and provide system control.
