Description
The Daikin-McQuay 5011032 Drain Hose is a condensate drainage component designed to carry moisture away from the unit during cooling operation. It operates by offering a flexible route which directs the condensate of the internal drain outlet into the drain hose connection where collected water can safely flow to the external drainage line during air-handling HVAC systems. The hose is connected to the condensate outlet port of the unit and it is directed to the system drain connection. The constant flow of condensate by the hose prevents the accumulation of water in the equipment and promotes the stable operation of the system.
