Description
International Comfort Products 14208314 225F M/R Rollout Switch functions as a safety mechanism in HVAC systems that operates in gas furnaces. This system functions to stop heat-related hazards and overheating situations. The rollout switch detects high temperatures to function. When a furnace overheats the switch activates to cut off gas supply to the burner. The unit shuts off automatically through the switch to protect both the equipment and nearby areas from additional heating. After the switch trips it requires manual reset because it functions as a manual reset type.
