Description
The Trane BLW00451 Draft Inducer Blower is a combustion air movement unit that is used to generate negative pressure and ventilate the exhaust gases in the HVAC systems. It is used to aid in the operation of the burner by means of pulling the flue gases in the heat exchanger and directing them to the vent system. It is rated at 1/35 horsepower and has a speed of 3480 RPM and runs on 208-230 volt power at 60 Hz to provide quick airflow response. It assists in maintaining an adequate draft control, and constant flow of combustion air.
