The Trane SFMMH332V8 1/6-1/3HP Motor 825 RPM 208-230V drives the blower and fan assembly to circulate air in heating and cooling systems to maintain a steady flow of air to control temperature. It is mounted in air handlers, furnaces and other units where consistency of the distribution of heat or cool air is needed. It has a role to play in the overall performance of HVAC systems in that it promotes adequate ventilation, maintains the flow of air throughout the coils and the unit is efficient in its normal heating/cooling cycles.
