Description
The York S1-026-47808-000 Blower Assembly is used in HVAC systems to help distribute air within a structure. In this assembly, there is a motor and a fan to pull air across the evaporator coil if the air conditioning mode is on or, the heat exchanger if the heating mode is on. It enables carriage of either hot or cold air to be transferred to the rooms from the unit through the help of ducts. Located in furnaces, air handlers, and packaged HVAC systems, the blower assembly regulates the airflow, optimizes the systems efficiency by increasing the heat exchange rate, and provides equal distribution of temperature within the conditioned zone, increasing comfort.
