The Trane VAL11212 is a 3-ton Thermal Expansion Valve, minimum Inlet Connection Size of 3/4″ Female Inlet Connection and a maximum Outlet Connection Size of 1/2″ Male Outlet Connection. It is widely used in refrigerator and air conditioning system industries. It checks the amount of refrigerant being allowed into the evaporator to enhance the performance of the system. It also controls room temperature so that the temperatures will be controlled and steady reducing energy wastage and protecting the compressor from damage.
