The York S1-1TVM2C1 5-Ton Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) is designed to work with R-22 refrigerant in HVAC systems. which is specifically used for R22 refrigerant. For air conditioning systems with capacities of 1.5 – 2.5 ton, the horsepower is 1/4 and the voltage is 460 V. Valve has a capillary length of 30” and an equalizer size of 1/4 SAE for accurate control of refrigerant flow. Its construction is made of brass that makes it strong and durable in its performance.
