Description
The York S1-124233 is a 20-ton thermal expansion valve that is essentialto refrigerant control within HVAC systems. This TXV controls the refrigerant that gets into the evaporator coil to make sure that the cooling is enough and that the evaporator is not over fed or under fed on the refrigerant. It has the capacity to handle up to twenty tons and will fit well in large commercial and industrial applications of air conditioning. This type of valve has an inlet of 7/8”and outlet of 1-3/8” that can suit any type of refrigerant line. The 5 feet capillary tube accompanies the valve to improve on its sensitivity to temperature change and hence controls the flow of the refrigerant.
