Description
The Carrier HH18HA283 Discharge Gas Thermostat is one of the small safety parts meant for the Carrier HVAC systems, it has an essential function of safeguarding the compressor, which is the core of an air conditioning system. This thermostat is to control specifically the temperature of the discharge gas coming out from the compressor and it varies from L270°F to H80°F. When the temperature rises beyond the set limit, the HH18HA283 becomes a switch, which initiates measures to avoid compressor overheating.
