Description
The Dwyer Instruments TE-OSA-F Outside Air Temperature Sensor, 20K A thermistor measures outdoors and sends a resistance signal to control systems for regulating ventilation and temperature-based decisions. It works through a 20K thermistor element whose electrical resistance changes with ambient temperature, allowing precise sensing of environmental conditions. Mounted on exterior surfaces or air intake sections in HVAC systems such as building automation systems, air-handling units, and packaged rooftop units, it is installed in a weather-protected housing for exposure. This part ensures accurate temperature monitoring and improves economizer and airflow control.
