Description
The Fenwal 35-655505-011 Hot Surface Ignition Control Module is a highly developed part intended for the ignition of gas-fired HVAC systems. Using hot surface ignition technology guarantees that the burners will light up by heating a ceramic igniter to high temperatures before the flow of gas, and therefore, it does not require spark igniters. This module has three ignition trials, 0-second pre purge, 15 second ignitor warm time and 4 second trial for ignition with 24V voltage. It is widely used in residential furnaces and water heaters and is slowly but increasingly becoming integrated into hydronic heating systems.
