Description
The Bedford 19-394 is a compatible replacement for Graco parts 101946 and 101-946, a cotter pin for Graco spray equipment. A cotter pin is the small split pin that locks a castle nut or clevis in place so vibration cannot back it off. Cotter pins are single-use hardware: once the legs have been spread and bent back straight, the pin should be replaced, not reused.
Common reasons for replacement:
- Fatigued or cracked legs from repeated bending
- Corrosion after exposure to coatings and solvents
- Missing pin letting a nut or clevis work loose
- Pin discarded during teardown — they are single-use hardware
