Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration 2252330 3-Pole Contactor is a power switching relay rated at 30 amperes, controlled by a 208 to 240 volt coil compatible with both 50 and 60 hertz electrical supplies, and used to connect and disconnect line voltage to a motor or load on command from the control circuit. When the coil receives voltage, the magnetic armature closes all three poles simultaneously, passing current through each phase to the connected equipment without delay. Across HVAC systems, it operates power delivery to condensing unit compressors, evaporator fan motors, and refrigeration loads where an accurate, high-current switching point is needed.
