Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration 00016 Gas Valve is a flow-regulating component used to control the supply of gas to combustion burners in HVAC systems. It opens, and closes the gas pathway when it receives control signals to ensure that adequate fuel is supplied into the ignition process and that it operates safely. It has diaphragms and actuated ports inside it which move in response to pressure variations and electrical or pneumatic signals. This assembly consists of connecting it to the control system, and placing it in the gas line before the burner assembly.
