Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration 25315601S Evaporator Motor is an air circulation component used to propel fan blades in evaporator units for cooling HVAC systems. It has a 1/20 horsepower motor operating, at 1800 RPM on a 230-volt power supply, which produces the rotational motion that turns the evaporator fan, allowing air to circulate in the cooling section by moving across the evaporator coil. It is attached to power circuit and fan assembly of the equipment with electrical leads. It is located in the evaporator, compartment and constantly passes, air throughout the coil to sustain consistent heat.
