Description
The Johnson Controls P100CP-157 SPST Auto Pressure Switch is an encapsulated refrigerant pressure control used to protect compressors and regulate system operation based on line pressure conditions. It operates by opening the control circuit when pressure rises to about 225 PSI and automatically resetting when pressure drops to around 150 PSI, helping to prevent damage caused by high head pressure, condenser airflow restrictions, or overcharge conditions in HVAC systems.
