Description
The Lennox 81W78 Motor Mounting Plate is used to hold and place a drive in the assemblies of the mechanical equipment in HVAC systems. It fits a motor that is rated to 3 horsepower with the blower or drive system attached to it to ensure the shaft is properly positioned and remains mechanically stable when used in HVAC systems. It was provided to enable the drive to be mounted on the equipment frame and motor housing to create a stiff bond between the motor and the structure.
