Description
The Siemens Building Technology S55180-A154 NSR Equal Percent/Linear Actuator is a component designed to provide modulating control of valves or dampers in HVAC systems using a 010V analog control signal. It receives the controllers voltage command and converts that input into mechanical movement, positioning the connected valve or damper according to the required control signal. The actuator supports equal-percentage or linear control features, depending on the associated application and controlled equipment within a HVAC control systems it operates between the automation controller and final control element, converting the electrical command into mechanical positioning to regulate airflow or fluid flow.
