Description
The Sporlan Controls 169414 R404A 1Ton 5’External TXV operates as a thermal expansion valve (TXV) that manages refrigerant flow in refrigeration systems for 1-ton capacity R404A HVAC systems. The 5′ external equalizer functions to maintain stable superheat which leads to improved system performance. The system supports different setups through its 3/8″ inlet and 1/2″ outlet ODF connections.The evaporator receives its refrigerant flow through TXVs which base their control on superheat to achieve proper cooling while stopping flooding conditions. The valve serves multiple purposes in walk-in coolers and freezers and display cases while enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing energy consumption and delivering accurate temperature management.
