Description
The Trane COM08347 Compressor is a refrigeration pressure component used to pump in the cooling loop in HVAC systems. It works by compressing low-pressure refrigerant vapor into high-pressure vapor to aid in the heat transfer required to cool the parts. It is installed in the outdoor section of air conditioners, heat pumps, or chiller machines and attached to refrigerant lines and electrical power based on unit design to assist in maintaining stable refrigerant flow and equilibrium of pressure and to aid in the uniform cooling performance of commercial and large residential HVAC systems.
