Description
The Trane KIT01162 Rotolock Kit 1.25 – 12 Suction 54161 seals the suction-line connection at a compatible compressor port. Installed directly onto the threaded suction opening, the kit forms its seal as the threaded connector is tightened and the internal washer is compressed against the mating surface. This arrangement creates a closed connection for refrigerant flow while securing the suction piping to the compressor. The kit is installed at compressor connection in HVAC systems where the suction line carries refrigerant vapor back from the evaporator. Its sealing arrangement maintains the connection during operation, reduces refrigerant loss and provide an interface for compressor installation or replacement.
