The Trane MOT01872 Motor is a multi-voltage drive, which is utilized to provide mechanical load to the refrigeration and HVAC equipment. It offers 3/4 horsepower at 1800 RPM and can operate on 208-230-460 V three-phase power and operate at 60 Hz to change electric energy into regulated rotational energy. It is mounted on its shaft and enables it to be attached for fan, pump, or compressor drives to provide consistent torque over its operating speed range. It assists in a constant flow of air or fluid in air handling, condenser, or chilled-water systems, and stabilizes the balance of the system
