Description
The Trane RLY03791 3PDT Relay is an electrically actuated switching unit with a three-pole double-throw contact configuration, rated for 10-amp load handling of HVAC systems. It operates through a 120-volt coil energized at 50/60 hertz, creating an electromagnetic field that shifts internal contacts between multiple output paths to direct current flow. Used in control panels, furnace assemblies, and applied to automation circuits, it enables coordinated switching of compressors, fans, and auxiliary loads, allowing structured electrical routing and timed or signal-based circuit engagement within equipment control sequences.
