Description
The Trane SEN2065 temperature sensor is made for use in the Trane HVAC systems and is used in several units such as air handlers. This sensor helps in determining the air or other medium temperature within the HVAC system to facilitate proper conditions control. It works with the help of a thermistor or any other component that changes resistance with temperature change. These resistance changes are then converted into an electrical-signal that is read by the control board of the system. The readings provided by the sensor are accurate and therefore the desired temperature settings of the HVAC system are achieved to enhance its performance as well as efficiency.
