Description
The Trane VAL11032 3-Ton Expansion Valve In/Out is a refrigerant metering component designed to regulate the amount of refrigerant entering the evaporator coil within an air conditioning system. It responds to temperature and pressure changes by adjusting the valve opening, allowing controlled refrigerant flow based on cooling demand. In compatible HVAC systems, the system is connected between the liquid line and evaporator inlet using its 3/8″ x 1/2″ ODF connections for proper refrigerant circuit integration. It maintain evaporator efficiency, supports balanced cooling operation, and assists in preventing excess or insufficient refrigerant supply within the system.
