Description
The Trane VAL9234 4-Ton Non-Bleed Expansion Valve (TXV) is a refrigerant metering component designed to regulate the amount of liquid refrigerant entering the evaporator based on system cooling demand. Its sensing mechanism respond to temperature and pressure changes, adjusting the valve opening to maintain proper refrigerant flow and evaporator operation. Used in compatible HVAC systems with R410A refrigerant and the valve is fitted within the refrigerant line near the evaporator inlet to control distribution into the coil. Accurate refrigerant regulation maintain consistent cooling capacity, prevents excessive refrigerant flow and supports balanced operation of the refrigeration circuit.
