Description
The Watts 0794104 8″ Backflow Preventer Second Check Valve Kit is a replacement internal assembly designed to restore sealing and flow control inside compatible backflow prevention equipment. It includes disc and spring components along with sealing elements that allow the second check stage to maintain proper closure under normal water movement conditions. Installed during maintenance of 8-inch valve assemblies in water distribution systems within HVAC systems, it supports correct directional flow and prevents reverse movement of water through the piping network. The kit is used to refurbish existing assemblies without replacing the complete valve body.
