Description
The Watts 0887545 Total Relief Valve Kit is a component designed for use in 2″ reduced pressure zone backflow preventer assemblies. It is used to restore the relief valve mechanism that controls and releases excess pressure within the assembly when unsecure conditions occur. The kit ensures the backflow preventer continues to operate by maintaining pressure balance properly and protecting potable water supply systems from contamination. Installed in plumbing and water distribution setups, including HVAC systems-connected hydronic equipments, it supports secure operation by regulating discharge and assisting maintain stable system pressure under varying flow conditions.
