Description
The Xylem-Goulds Pumps 10K169 Seal Kit is a replacement sealing assembly installed in pump systems that are related to HVAC systems, water circulation as well as hydronic applications. Its main role is to avoid the leakage of fluids at the pump shaft by ensuring that there is a tight fit between rotating and fixed parts. The system is based on the ability to seal components with high accuracy to form a controlled barrier to contain fluid in the system and allow the shaft to move during operation. During maintenance or repair processes, installation is done inside the seal housing of the pump.
