Description
The York S1-S90-380 SPST 6-Terminal Fan Relay switches the fan motor circuit on or off in response to a 24-volt control signal, separating the low-voltage command side from the higher-voltage load the fan draws during operation. Six terminals across the relay body distribute the coil and switching connections to their respective circuit points, giving the control board a clean interface for fan staging without routing high-voltage wiring through sensitive board traces. Air handlers, furnaces, and packaged cooling units inside HVAC systems are rated for both 50 and 60Hz power supplies, where the line frequency varies across different regional power supplies.
