Description
The York S1-VLV-003-410 Thermostatic Expansion Valve (TXV) 3/8″ X 1/2″ ODF is used to control the flow, of refrigerant to the evaporator and regulates the elements’ pressure and temperature to the optimum level in HVAC systems. It works by detecting superheat at the evaporator outlet and adjusting the refrigerant flow to make the cooling performance accurate. It is designed for installation in the liquid line and the evaporator coil, using securely connected ODF connections. It enhances energy efficiency and level system operation, avoids overfeeding and starvation of refrigerants and ensures stable system operation and uniform temperature.
