Description
The Trane TUB16038 Flow Control Tube Assembly W/TXV is used in refrigeration circuits to control and divert refrigerant flow to the evaporator, and assist in controlled cooling in HVAC systems when operating. It operates by combining tubing tracks with a thermostatic expansion valve that releases refrigerant based on temperature and pressure needs to maintain the proper balance of superheat and the system. It is connected in the refrigerant line near the evaporator that is parallel to the system piping to regulate the flow.
