Description
The Sporlan Controls 109930 1/4 ton thermostatic expansion valve operates with R404A refrigerant has valve positions itself at the evaporator coil inlet to measure refrigerant flow amounts according to cooling requirements. The system functions to control refrigerant entry into HVAC evaporator coils for achieving maximum cooling performance. The valve detects the superheat level of the evaporator outlet refrigerant vapor to perform its operation. The valve opening receives information from the superheat measurements which controls the refrigerant flow into the evaporator.
