Description
The Sporlan Controls 163529 functions as a thermal expansion valve (TXV) which serves air conditioning and refrigeration systems that operate with R22 refrigerant.The TXV operates with 11 tons capacity through 5/8″ x 1 3/8″ ODF connections to manage refrigerant flow for the evaporator coil.The valve maintains refrigerant flow through superheat-based regulations to optimize system efficiency and cooling results which results in better energy efficiency and more consistent temperature control and improved reliability of installed HVAC equipment including chillers and rooftop units and other large-scale AC systems.
