Description
The Heatcraft Refrigeration BBM16AG Evaporator is a heat exchange coil used to absorb heat in air flowing past its finned surfaces as refrigerant evaporates in HVAC systems. It is 14-inch X 5-1/2 inch X 26-1/4 inch used in the air handler in combination with the refrigeration loop of the outdoor unit to allow cooling. It is placed in the stream of conditioned air, and it promotes efficient heat transfer and allows the refrigerant to circulate. It is used to maintain the airflow temperature and also helps to achieve the same cooling performance across the ducted space.
