Description
The Lennox 18L89 Pressure Switch Blower Proving is a monitoring component of the heating and cooling elements of HVAC systems. It is adjusted as a single-pole, single-throw switch with a WC activation of 0.14 ± 0.05″ on rise and senses when the blower is operating properly and provides adequate airflow, be it by air or a heater, before the system can ignite. It is installed on the blower or duct assembly and measures the air pressure, avoids unsafe running, and can communicate with control circuits. It helps the system to achieve stable performance, safe operation, and temperature control.
