The Trane WHL00496 Blower Wheel 10 in DIA x 8 in Width 1/2 in Bore is an air-moving component that is clamped to the blower shaft and pulls or pushes air across the internal pathways of the unit. It is installed in the blower section of the HVAC systems, air handlers and furnaces where a rotating wheel pushes air through coils and filters into the pipework. The 1/2 inch bore fits on the motor shaft and aligns the wheel to fit the housing to ensure better balance.
