Description
The York S1-022-11557-000 10-Ton Hot Gas Bypass Valve is used to control the flow of refrigerant in air conditioning systems to ensure that a portion of the discharge gas the condenser and ensures that minimum load operation is maintained. It is normally applied in commercial and light industrial applications where the pressure in the evaporator must remain constant and coils should not be allowed to freeze under low-load conditions. In the HVAC systems, it interacts with compressors, evaporator coils and condensers so that the cooling efficiency remains consistent.
