Description
The Trane CNT04335 Dual Compressor Heat Pump Defrost Control Board is an electronic control assembly that coordinates defrost activity and compressor operation in a heat pump. It receives temperature and operating signals from connected sensors and controls, then determines when a defrost cycle should begin or end. Its dual-compressor configuration allows control signals to be coordinated across two compressor circuits according to HVAC system demand. Power connectors provide dedicated connections for sensors, compressors, reversing valves and other related circuits. During a defrost cycle the board manages the required sequence to remove accumulated frost from the outdoor coil.
