Description
The Trane COM14984 Scroll Compressor is used to provide mechanical compression to circulate refrigerant in cooling equipment. It increases refrigerant pressure in the HVAC systems and transfers it through the cycle so that it can transfer heat efficiently. It is designed to use R410A refrigerant and to work on 230 V at 60 Hz; it converts the electrical power into the fine-tuned mechanical motion to run the system. It is mounted in the refrigeration compartment and ascertains certain stability in airflow, uniform cooling operation, and operational efficiency in residential and commercial air conditioning systems.
