Description
The Trane CTR02330 3-Pole 3HP Contactor W/Auxiliary Contacts switches primary line power to 3-horsepower, 460V three-phase motors and compressors. Installed within the main electrical control panel in HVAC systems, the contactor uses a 24 VDC low-voltage electromagnetic coil to pull its main contacts closed. Integrated auxiliary contacts open or close simultaneously to send operational status signals back to secondary control logic. Relay-driven power switching enables high-voltage circuit control, coordinates equipment positioning, and supports integrated system status monitoring.
