Description
The Trane SWT01660 32″ Liquid Level Switch is a sensor that is used to measure and regulate the liquid levels in HVAC systems. It has a 3/4″ NPT connection to fit easily in tanks or condensate lines and it runs on 24 VAC control voltage. When liquid gets to predefined levels, the switch turns on or off components of the system to avoid overflow, or dry-run conditions. It is usually found in commercial or residential HVAC units to give proper feedback to control boards, so that the system operates securely, keeps the system efficient and prevents damage to equipment.
