Description
The Trane ISR00007 Isolator Vibration is used to reduce mechanical transfer from operating components to the unit frame. It operates by placing a flexible damping interface between the mounted part and the cabinet structure, allowing movement energy from motors or compressors to be absorbed instead of transmitted as noise. In air conditioners, air handlers, and rooftop systems, it is positioned at mounting points where fan motors or assemblies are fixed to the chassis. The isolator is pressed or fastened into place during assembly service in HVAC systems.
