Description
The Trane VAL08348 Reversing Valve W/O Coil is a refrigeration part that allows reversing the flow of refrigerants, which allows both cooling and heating in the use of heat pumps of HVAC systems. It is designed with 6.2-ton capacity systems, 3/4-inch ODF and 7/8-inch connections and is mounted in the refrigerant circuit between the outdoor unit and the indoor coil. It changes the refrigerant path according to the control signals of the thermostat or control board. It is intended to assist in smooth mode changes to enable the unit to deliver either conditioned cooling or heat when required.
