The Reznor UDX0001034 Natural Gas Unit Heater is better for commercial and industrial applications as it provides steady heat with 83% thermal efficiency and a 60MBTU capacity. It uses natural gas to produce heat through combustion and a fan for equal distribution of the heat produced. The heater’s burner lights the gas and the heat produced is transferred to the other side of the heat exchanger while the fan blows the warm air to the surrounding. This HVAC system is used for heating, energy saving and is designed to work on 115V, so it is a better solution for maintaining comfortable temperatures inside the house.
